  • Space: 東京では希少な65㎡ (700sqft)。リビング横には引き戸で仕切れるクローズドな仕事部屋を完備。

  • Setup: ゲーミングデスク、エルゴノミクスチェア、32型モニター、プリンター。

  • Access: 千代田線直通。表参道、赤坂、大手町、根津へ乗り換えなし。都会の刺激と部屋の静寂を使い分ける贅沢を。

◇ Chill Place 144 Nakarokugou | 創造性を刺激する戸建てステイ

  • Space: 2階建ての一軒家。2階は丸ごと寝室兼ワークスペース。

  • Setup: **180cm幅の電動昇降デスク（COFO）**を採用。63cm〜128cmまでスイッチ一つで調整でき、スタンディングワークにも完全対応。

  • Local Vibe: 蒲田至近の下町。1階の座敷では、将来的に地元の子供たちとの交流会も計画中。地域とつながる温かさを。

◇ Chill Place 133 Keisei Koiwa | 最高の眺望とスパイスの香り

  • Space: 7階角部屋。窓から広がる最高のパノラマビュー、夏には花火大会も特等席で。

  • Setup: 4月に180cm電動デスク導入予定。32型モニター＋アーム等、フル装備。

  • Experience: 近くには「走る店主」のスパイス料理店。定期的なランニング会への参加など、アクティブな思い出作りを。
